Low frequency (7–12Hz): High damping quickly dissipates low-frequency vibrations from road and tire impacts.
Mid frequency (around 25Hz): Lower dynamic stiffness reduces idle vibrations effectively.

Precision Materials for Optimal NVH:
Outer Shell: Zinc-nickel alloy coating, passing 720 hours of salt spray testing without red rust, offering excellent corrosion resistance to protect the internal rubber and extend its lifespan.
Rubber Material: From formulation to production and performance testing, following a complete system that adheres to ASTM standards and SAE J200 Grade 5. 12% higher rubber content than typical market products, enhancing vibration damping, corrosion resistance, durability, and noise isolation.
Support Plate: Crafted from high-strength aluminum alloy like 5052 and cold-rolled steel, ensuring superior durability.
Bolts: Made from mechanical grade 10.9 steel, coated with Dacromet eco-coating to prevent corrosion and fractures.
With consideration for extreme climates, the NVH comes with a 2-year warranty, ensuring reliable performance.
